Register card/ticket

Once you have registered your ticket or card with us, it works as a security for you. This means that you can block a card or ticket that has been lost and still get back the value that was left. You can register period tickets and account charges.

Register a Västtrafik card

  1. Create an account.
  2. Register your card.
  3. Sign in and block your card if you lost it. You'll have a new card sent home.

Register app ticket

  1. To create an account in the app, click at the menu icon in the upper-left corner. Or sign in to the app if you already have an account.
  2. When you're signed in to the app, period tickets you purchase are registered in the app.
  3. Sign in to the app on your new phone if you lost your old one. Tickets come with you to your new phone and disappear from your old one.

You can move your ticket to a new phone a maximum of two times during a 30-day period.
