How to travel with the flex line
- Trips with the flex line goes to and from specific bus stops called meeting places.
- Order by phone and tell us where you want to be picked up, where you are going and how many you are travelling with. Also tell us if you are going to book a trip back and if you need to bring your walker or wheelchair. The order recipient will help you find suitable meeting places.
- When booking your trip, you will find out approximately when the bus arrives at your meeting place. Depending on how many people who travels and the route the travel time can vary from trip to trip. Be at the meeting place in time so you don´t risk missing the bus.

- You pay with Västtrafik's tickets. The price of the trip is the same as for all other public transport.
- You can travel with senior tickets.
- You with a Travel service permit for Gothenburg may travel free of charge during the period March 6 2023 - June 30 2024.
