On call traffic

On call traffic has a timetable but only runs´ if you ordered a trip in advance. The traffic is driven by smaller vehicles instead of buses.

How to travel with On call traffic

  1. Find your trip in the travel planner or in the timetable. 
  2. Call 0771-91 90 90 and book the tour at least one hour before it departs.

  2. A phone number is included in the timetable or the journey planner. Call and book the tour. The latest booking time depends on the route you are travelling on.

Season ticket and day ticket

You can travel with season tickets and day tickets in the Västtrafik To Go app, or on a Västtrafik card if you have the ticket's validity certificate with you. You can get a certificate of validity in our customer centre and at our agents. You can also travel on day tickets as a paper ticket.

School card

You can travel with a school card during their validity period. The validity period is printed on the card.

Senior ticket

You can travel with your senior ticket if you have the ticket's validity certificate with you and during the times when the senior ticket is valid. You can get a certificate of validity in our stores and at our agents.

Single tickets

Buy single tickets in the Västtrafik To Go app, or from the driver at a slightly higher price. If you buy the single ticket in the app, you can continue with the same ticket if you change to another vehicle. If you buy the ticket from the driver you cannot travel on the same ticket if you change to another vehicle. The price depends on how many zones you travel through.
